At The Piranha Group, LLC, we believe that if you don’t attack your business^TM, someone else might, which is why our main mission is to provide small-to-medium sized businesses with management expertise and data analytics capabilities to make our clients more effective, increase the experience of their customers, and drive their business strategy to make the most profitable decisions possible. In many cases, the only companies who are taking advantage of using the data available today to drive their business and optimize the three aforementioned areas are large companies, and they usually hire a large external firm of staff within to accomplish. We aim to bring those same capabilities to smaller clients, understanding that a smaller business will still have goals of optimal organization, customer experience, and financial viability, and provide the opportunity to harness the power of data at much lower price point.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Anne K. Fitzpatrick founded The Piranha Group, LLC in 2016 after leaving a very successful career at a global Fortune 500 technology corporation. Her goal in making this career change was to take her expertise and lessons learned from her undergraduate engineering degree, MBA, and years of corporate experience as a worldwide general manager for product lines with $1B+ of annual revenue and bring it to the smaller businesses and companies of the mainland United States. Coming from a long line of entrepreneurs, this spirit led her to want to help other entrepreneurs maximize their profits and get the most out of their businesses. To date, The Piranha Group, LLC, has helped several clients to successfully attack their businesses.

WHERE WE ARE

Our normal office hours are between 9am – 5pm ET Monday thru Friday. While headquartered in Fairport, New York, much of our business comes from outside the area and we utilize teleconferencing to meet regularly with our clients.
